I am very sorry that this is happening to Hector. Our just system is not so just! This makes no sense at all. I live in Oregon and I have seen “illegal immigrants” get put in jail for domestic violence, or DUI, ect…… and be let out the same day/night with a date to appear in court in a few weeks. Most have only been here for some years and dont even work or speak english. Then this happens to a young man who has been a productive member of society and has not even commited a crime, gets thrown in jail and deported. There is something very wrong with our justice system!!

Its a shame it took 21 years to catch this criminal. I cannot wait until we deport every last illegal. Everyone needs to follow the same rules. This is not that difficult. A country is made by its people. Mexico is a 3rd world country for a reason. These illegals are looking for the easy road and its time to put an end to it.

We all came from somewhere else… Caucasians came from Europe. Whites should be considered illegal immigrants/undocumented as well. De todos modos, somos illegals–todos.

I feel that what happen to Hector lopez is a crime against Humanity .Unles you are an American Indian all others came from some were else.
