Start off your day with this energetic and anti-inflammatory green smoothie. Packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, fiber, protein and omega 3’s. Cheers!

(Preferably organic)

  • 2 cups of spinach
  • Few strands of parsley
  • 1 celery stick
  • Small piece of ginger
  • 1/3 seedless cucumber
  • 3/4 cup of raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 whole green apple or chose a similar portion of fruit like a pear, grapes or pineapple
  • Water or enough fruit juice to blend all of the ingredients at high speed
