Nutritional information for each portion:

  • 365 calories
  • 12 grams of protein
  • 14 grams of healthy fats
  • 36 grams of carbohydrates


  • 1 pound of salmon (wild if possible)
  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 cup of diced carrots
  • 1 cup of diced mushrooms
  • 1 cup of broccoli
  • 1 cup of peas
  • 1 spoon of lime juice
  • 4 teaspoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to your liking


Peel the potatoes and slice them like French fries. Season them with a little salt and pepper and 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Put them on an oven tray and then put the salmon on top of the potatoes once you’ve seasoned it to your liking. Put the rest of your vegetables on top. Add the lime juice and the rest of the olive oil, and season with salt and pepper (again, to your liking). Cover the tray with aluminum foil and put it a pre-heated oven at 375°F (190°C) for approximately 10 minutes. Enjoy!
