Director of Development and Communications

Salary Range: $68,000 – $72,000, based on experience

Reports To: Executive Director

We build and manage collaborative and energetic teams to implement high quality, culturally inclusive programs. We actively partner across a variety of city, county, state and community organizations to deliver training and support, a wide range of services, as well as influence policy.

Candidate Profile:

Latino Network seeks a mission-driven development professional with proven nonprofit experience to lead a full range of fundraising and communications activities for a growing organization focused on the success of the Latino community. As part of a dedicated team working toward a shared vision, the Director of Development and Communications is charged with creating an achievable plan of action and implementing innovative strategies that open the door to a diversified base of support. This is a roll up your sleeves position with the capacity to propel Latino Network to the next level by building a community of sustainable partners and donors. If you are a motivated, outcome-oriented, and resourceful collaborator with a record of success in resource development and team management, Latino Network is the place for you.
